For a while now, I have been looking for an arm-blaster. While searching for one, I came across a nice one from Tuffwraps. I really didn't care about any specific color, but their green ones were on sale. As soon as it was delivered, I opened the package and discovered something rather odd. The TuffWraps written design upon it was upside down. While this didn't effect it's overall function, it looked a bit too goofy when worn. I made contact with TuffWraps customer service, and explained the aforementioned issue with their product. They were empathetic and gave me a couple of resolutions. Having run out of green Arm-blasters, I was offered a red one to take it's place; or, they were happy to refund my purchase. I gladly accepted the red colored replacement. I've had it for about a week now, and it works great. It has padding on each end, and one on the strap; thereby, making it easy to wear, and allowing me to perform my exercises without any distractions from unneeded discomfort. - I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
