Finally I have found a British company making a good product with Real, ingredients that doesn’t require fake claims, I have been using Vitamin D3+K2 for my own personal health and final seeing results I also take slippery elm, for my gut health instead of gastrointestinal tablets , that’s was causing me discomfort, I also take clean Dandelion for constant swelling, an clean marshmallow, talk all 3 before bed time I find these work best for me, but helps on gut health, I highly recommend them, my family an my go, had seen improvement

One a day, while eating some fresh fruits. Then I go to the gym, where I perform beautifully, for my age of course. Thing is, whatever fruits they sell in the UK is completely out of vitamins. So we need the supplements.

I have been taking these for over a year to help absorption of my iron tablets. They also support the metabolism of folate. I also take these vitamin C supplements as a good booster for vitamin E as an antioxidant. Ican’t recommend British Supplements enough!
