This book had a lot of helpful one-liners and reminders for parents about the importance of keeping your cool. I also appreciated the perspective that love needs to come first and should be the first thing your child thinks of when it comes to your relationship. Good stuff!

My children are 3 and 4 and we were struggling with some behaviors. Particularly whining and complaining and not following directions. This book was a refresh for us and has been life saving for us. I am now not exhausted at the end of the day and my kids are much happier too. And everything in the book worked - literally everything. My energy drains ate now few and far between!

I recommended this book to all of my friends who are parents. The take away is life changing. The only recommendation is to make an audio version. So many were disliking of the ebook.
