Great way to get your kids into journaling!
This is the perfect summer journal for my 5 and 7 year old. They love the prompts and open space for pictures or to elaborate. This is a great journal to get them in the habit of journaling!

My son loves doing this every night before bed. It helps him process any big events or emotions from the day and reflect on what makes him happy. And it's quick, so it never frels overbearing. Im so glad he has this as a tool starting at a young age.
