Waste of money !!!!

Purchased the caramel color hair not softer color changed in a negative way to orange tint Spoke to Kristel Thzarra and said they could only give me a PARTIAL REFUND and I would have to ship item back and cover shipping cost incompetent company there are other glosses at Sally’s that work 10x better at a fraction of the cost Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Very natural looking neutral blonde tone

I used the Caramel mask one time, and the color is a very natural looking, neutral blonde tone for my graying, highlighted hair. My daughter is a salon owner in another state, and she did warn me that sometimes these colors do not wash out, and she was right...I did not use it the next time I washed/conditioned my hair, but the tone is still there. That is a concern for me. I had inquired if there was any lightening or bleaching chemical in the product, and was assured there is not. I hope it does fade eventually, as the reason I got the color masks to begin with was to have fun switching the tone, depending on my mood, but if it won't fade, that could be a problem.

I like it

The more you use is the more intense the color will be. So if you like it more subtle just use it one time. If you like the color to be in your face, use it a couple of times and you’ll be amazed about how your hair will come out. Excellent product!
