Love the Buddy System

I purchased the Buddy System 3 years ago before having hand surgery and was concerned about walking my 60 lb. dog. The Buddy System gave me complete control with one hand while walking my dog. So much so I continued to use it past recuperation up until today. I just ordered a replacement waist belt and was happy to see individual parts are available. I would recommend the Buddy System without any reservations.

It is a very good product but was disappointed it was not reflective like my 10 yr old one. Also could not get in touch with anyone to return the original one which is too small. NNeeded a new o e right away so ends up just ordering another one the right size

We actually bought the wrong replacement part, but we love the system. Works really well.
