It's a replacement

Exactly the same as the part that my dog chewed the buckle, which is the "holding loop" that fits on the human belt. This product is great for dogs on exercise restriction when they are in the house.

Somehow I lost one of the belt loops. So great to be able to purchase a replacement (and the very nice Buddy System folks included an extra one - thanks!)
