Time for a new brush

Thought it was about time to buy a new brush. Old one fifteen plus years old. The Proraso brush is from a trusted brand and price was reasonable.

Probably better used as a paintbrush.

I bought this On the strength of the many 5 star reviews. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I just can't get on with it. When trying to build a lather, the soap sticks in the brush. When applying the lather that I do manage to build, the brush acts more like a paintbrush. At the moment, this brush is sitting on my 'stand-by' shelf... but I think it will soon just end up in the bin.

Great brush with a bit of heft

Love this brush - it's a nice solid weight, the bristles are firm and comfortable, and it spreads my Proraso shaving cream accurately.
