Evolution S3® Neck Pillow

I would like to express my disappointment regarding this order. I purchased the product from your store at a higher price, expecting to buy directly from you. However, when I received the shipment, I discovered that it had been sent through Amazon, where the same product was available at a significantly lower price. I do not understand this business practice and feel misled. Had I known that the item would be shipped via Amazon, I would have purchased it there myself and saved a considerable amount of money. I am very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate an explanation.

I was so hoping to love this neck pillow, and I’m sure it works great for many people. I happen to have a short neck so the sides are too high for me.They come up to my ears and don’t ’fit my neck very well.

I gave it to my daughter and she loves it, especially when traveling by plane!
