I had a bad rachet and let Jaco know about it and there was a little mix up i really dont know what happened usually all I had to say is one of my ratchets went bad and they would send me a replacement, something was different this time but finally got it straight and they said they would send me a replacement. . . and i never got it after a month and a half so I sent them a message and told them I never got it so they sent me an apology. . . some how it got messed up then last week I got a whole new set of ratchets 4 to be exact with an email saying thank you for being a customer! These guys are great and the ratchet straps are really top of the line. You wont be disappointed!

Love the straps. . . Tied down my side by side and drove around 300 miles yesterday. . . Straps remained snug and held up well.

Haven't used them yet but they look well built and my experience with tie downs tells me they will get the job done!
