Cheaply made and engraving not clear

Mind Blown

Ordered these boxes to put my watches in for my groomsmen and they came out amazing!! I had 2 boxes that came in not so legible because of the woodgrain, but i reached out to the team and they understood my situation and they are replaced the boxes no questions asked! amazing customer service!! thanks again!
