Dear Gabby

I bought a 60 mL as the 100 mL size was out of stock. As a result, I knew the 60 mL box in the shipment was the surprise gift for my girlfriend. To my shock, when she smelled the bottle, she said, “This is not good.” I was shipped a bottle of Dapper 1959. She isn’t fond of barbershop scents, though I thought it was okay. When I contacted Alexandria, they sent me a return shipping label and asked me to notify them once I had mailed the Dapper 1959 bottle back. Only then would they begin processing the replacement bottle of Dear Gabby, which I had ordered nearly a week ago. This experience was frustrating: I felt that after making a mistake, Alexandria's response was inadequate, offering excuses about being busy and asking me to correct their error before they would process my replacement. As for the ruined surprise, I received only a generic apology for the inconvenience. Although I've generally had positive experiences with Alexandria, this was a genuinely disappointing exception.

It’s a little strong smelling right out of the bottle but once it sits on your skin it smells amazing and lasts a long time.
