I brought these and the silicone ones. These are far better. You warm them in your hand then mould them to insert. At first they may seem “small” but it is actually just what you need. If you do combine more wax don’t over do it, just enough to get the seal. To “seal” rub around the wax in circles on your ear opening once inserted. They are very comfortable - I am a side sleeper, and they never fall out. They can be tricky to get out in the morning as they’ve moulded exactly to your ear, but just pinch and pull. Store in something sealed otherwise the dust will stick to them.
