Fun, fast and a real head turner

I wanted to wait until after I'd put some miles on this before reviewing. I've had it 3 weeks, with about 200 total miles, including a 55 mile road ride and 40 mile rail trail jaunt (fine crushed limestone). This bike has handled everything I've thrown at it and looks great doing it. I'm about 3-5 mph faster than on my gravel bike with the same effort (REI Co-Op 2.2, about the same weight), and I'm more comfortable on this one. (I did put a Fizik Aliante on it, have no opinion on the stock saddle) If you have a relatively long torso - give this bike a serious look. This is the best out of the box fit I've had on any bike. Downtube shifter requires a bit of bike handling finesse, but if you're comfortable riding one handed you'll be fine. The indexing can be fiddly, but barrel adjuster at the derailleur will get you sorted. Some reviews have mentioned switching out brake pads, but I've found the stock ones adequate. The handles do require a good reach, so you'll have to adjust if you have smaller hands, and it does require a pretty strong pull if you need to stop quickly.

Lickity split

Shipping was fast. It's a snappy bit of gear. I downsized the chainring for even more snappiness, and I changed the tires. Super stoked!!!
