Christmas 2020 was fast approaching and my wife and I decided that we'd give each of our adult children a large-size family print from photos that we'd taken during our beach vacation the previous summer. But, we wanted something special. We discovered PlakThat via a web search, I called and spoke with the owner to fully understand their products and process, and we ultimately made the decision to purchase 3 of their large-size "Wood Plank" prints -- one for each family. We crossed our fingers that they would arrive in time for Christmas and thankfully they arrived with a few days to spare. As we we opened each package to see the finished pieces we were extremely happy with our purchase. The quality of the enlargements was outstanding, the compositions and colors of the photos were very true to life, and the overall character derived from the wood backing was just what we were hoping for. However, we quickly discovered that one of the prints had been damaged in shipping. So, I immediately called PlakThat and again spoke with the owner. Not only was he very understanding of our predicament, he performed a small miracle that was completely unexpected. He produced a full-size replacement piece and had it delivered directly to our son's home and it arrived just a day before Christmas. We never expected such service as it was definitely above and beyond the call of duty. Bottom line , I have nothing but the highest regard for the PlakThat people and their products!
