This has been the only brow product I’m pleased with at all for the past 10+ years! It’s not wet and messy, it’s ASHY medium brown unlike others which are warm or full on cocoa. I need this. It works so well and looks like nothing is on while staying place in brows all day. It’s nice to be able to use a product that fits my needs. I tried others… nope.

no product in the tube?

I got this in medium brown. I am not sure if I don't know how to use this or my tube is dry/empty. Only way this product 'works' for me is first I feel my brows with powder and then go with this on top because almost nothing comes out of this. I am not sure if thats how the product is. I will contact customer care to see if I have got correct product.
