minimal measurements

I gave up trying to make the blouse because the only measurement I could find was a finished bust measurement. And after asking on the facebook page and not receiving an answer.. it didn’t seem like it was worth taking the time to fiddle with it myself. I think the skirt is basic enough that I can figure that out.. and maybe the blouse is meant to be also.. but it would be a vast improvement if there were more measurements to pick sizes by.
