My English glider is an excellent product . We did have a little issue which was taken care of promptly. Most important there is an English speaking person from the U SAv available to help you with any assembling questions. We originally had an issue with the company Handy and in the end hired our own person assemble. You need to make sure you have all the screws and a power screw drill. 😊
