Ten inch Shoei FM-2 windshield

The ten inch windshield for my Shoei FM-2 was received quite promptly, in good shape and was a perfect match for my stock FM-2 fairing. At the time, the windshield was advertised as being pre-drilled, a key selling point for me as I do not have any experience drilling acrylic and know that it is very brittle and cracks easily. Mine, however, arrived without the holes pre-drilled. It was later explained to me that they had problems with respect to after-market FM-2s and the pre-drilled holes not lining up with the fairing. Nevertheless, these folks went out of their way to help me get the holes drilled at a plastics specialty shop in my area and covered the cost. They were very supportive, kept in touch and even followed up during Hurricane Irma. To conclude, this is an excellent product at a reasonable price with customer service over and above. Frankly, I can’t say enough positive things about Jennifer and Zach. Five stars all around.
