Viking Saddlebags Quick Disconnect System For Harley Davidson Softail

Bracket are very heavy. Don't know if that is a good thing or not. It is made in Pakistan, so I hope it lasts. I do like that it came with spacers to align the brackets, which is a plus. Also, it came with 3 different length screws to mount the brackets, which is another plus with my bike having a removeable backrest. It comes with enough bolts to mount my saddlebags to the bracket. It has 5 screws to mount to the saddle bags. 10 total. But, it only has 8 total large washers, which was a little disappointing. I had to go and buy 2 more washers. It is very sturdy, which I like a lot. I would recommend.

Bags fit perfectly and are made to look almost identical to my original Harley bags. I used the quick release mechanism also, however, the parts and pieces provide with regards to spacers didn’t work with my mounting, so made some adjustments to spacers used (old with new) and all is well. Highly recommend these bags over much more expensive ones from Harley.

Great quality product. A lot easier now to remove my saddle bags.
