Stays cold and covers the entire are

I bought this because did some knee damage. I bought the back ice pack not only for my back but so that I can wrap it all the way around my knee. It is even better than the ones used at PT which I am currently trying before a full knee replacement. It stays very cold for almost 40 minutes which is great. I purchased because I have a twenty year old heating pad that is still the best I have ever used. So far the ice packs are really doing a great job!
