DIY 10ft Waterproof LED Neon Rope Light Multi-Color(16) Replacement

I was disappointed because these are not low voltage. The secondary voltage is 100 VDC. I wanted to return them, but it was going to cost me $50. My fault for not reading about the return policy. But I will not be ordering anything from DIY Outlet again.
