La Femme Matte Cake Eyeliner

Purchase of cake eyeliner

I have used this eyeliner for years and cannot find a store near me that sells it so I need to order it. I was shocked at the expensive shipping charge for such a small item and then to add insult to injury it took about two weeks to arrive! Why? I will need to find a replacement at CVS if the shipping charge continues to be so high with such a long wait for delivery.
