Ben Nye Personal Student Theatrical Creme Kit

I was incredibly disappointed. I know it was late, but I ordered the makeup 2 weeks before my daughter’s show and the website said 3-10 days. On day 11 I called since I’d received no update. They said they could expedite shipping. Since I was just a few days out from the performance, I said thank you. Finally got shipping tracking info, and the makeup sat in Dallas from that day (Wednesday) until the following Monday. The makeup arrived on Tuesday for the show that has been the previous weekend. There was no indication on the package that anything ha been rushed or expedited. I tried calling again the day of opening night, since it was clear the makeup wouldn’t arrive at that point - they wouldn’t refund me since it had “already shipped,” even though it was very clearly still in Dallas. So now I have makeup with no use.
