Stays on great

Cake eyeliner is really hard to find and this stuff stays on so well with just water. I think they're better than some high end makeup. Really pigmented and stays on great. Not just for costuming.

Great color but flakes

I loved the color, but in terms of application and staying power it doesn't compare to Laura Mercier's cake eyeliner.
