Doesn’t fit dolls with curly hair

I bought this pattern for my Claudie doll. I’m sure this pattern was designed before she came out. It doesn’t work for her. Also I had a hard time telling which was view A and which was view B in order to cut the brim how I wanted it. Not sure how the top goes together. No seam allowance marking on the pattern pieces.

Love the pattern, took a bit to figure out the 2 different views but straight forward when you think about it. I have already made 2 - one in velour and one in cotton - very different but pleased with both

Cloche Hat for 18" doll

This hat is easy and gorgeous once done. I did make it in the purple colors as shown for my daughter's Rebecca. I didn't sew appliques or bling on the hat as we thought that isn't historically accurate. I did make the purple wool roses to put on the brim and those turned out beautifully. I would suggest making the lining of the cloche hat alittle bit bigger, as mine was just abit to small. But overall, it was fast to sew up, we will make a few more in other colors. Perfect hat for Rebecca.
