Beautiful, cooling Blue shift!
Love TKB Hilite Series. I purchased Hilites in Gold, Copper, Blue, and Violet. Excellent quality cosmetic mica. The microfine particle size of this mica makes for even consistency when mixing the colors and in medium and gives the user control over the amount of color deposited on the skin. The color shift of the Blue Hilite is beautiful. And, when applied as a highlight or in makeup it adds an ethereal and otherworldly effect.

I added this to my nail polish but it would not harden. Any ideas?
