I'm Looney for Luna Blue!
This is a great product! I actually use it in crafting resin jewelry. I also noticed how pretty it is on my skin after I'm done with my project's so I am exploring other ways to use it.

Use it alone put directly on top of an eyeshadow particles so small it leaves a beautiful sparkly hue
