Strong & Pungent!! Aged Brick is…well…we'll just say it has a strong, tangy flavor and very pungent aroma. Aged Brick cheese is wiped with Limburger culture then aged for 3-6 months.

It’s great cheese!

Mouse house makes fine cheese. And I’m a cheesehead by birth so I know my cheese.
It’s well worth the occasional investment.
The brick is expectedly aromatic and strong in taste. It makes a heck of a grilled ham and cheese!
