At first I thought I got a faulty unit: incomplete shapes, not clear at all, stuck molds... until I saw the videos, and it was clear to me (Pun intended); all the trick is in the type of water you use and letting the mold sink very slowly to the bottom and give it a push to make sure it seated properly.
