I ordered two different colors of these bags, natural & white. The 12 natural color bags came inside a plastic bag in the shipping bag. The white were loose. They are discolored, dingy and dirty. They are also not the same bag as the natural color, they are not as thick, and they are smaller and size. When I reached out to the company about this, I was given the runaround to make a return. I will never order from this company again. The customer service is awful if I could give them a zero, I would.

I ordered these bags for my upcoming conference and they are absolutely perfect for my event. The color is vibrant and they are very sturdy. The arrival time was quick. They are exactly what I needed. I will definitely be ordering more in the near future.
