Recycled Heavy Canvas Tote with Full Gusset - RC830

I ordered six tote bags in three different colors on a Friday morning and was impressed to receive them the very next day — excellent delivery speed. Unfortunately, one bag was missing, and when I reached out to customer service, I was met with rude and unhelpful responses. After several calls and nearly three weeks of waiting, I finally received the missing bag. While the shipping was fast, the poor customer service experience overshadowed it. I would not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.

I loved all the bags. Great material quality, beautiful colors and design. I would definitely buy again.

The bags are always great quality! But they always have such a terrible smell! I hung these in my hot garage and and finally after a week the smell went away. But it the past… I’ve had to return because the smell never went away.
