The quality of the bag is good but the first round of printing was very poor quality. The white ink was bleeding and looked incredibly fuzzy. I brought this up to totebag's customer service and they were able to handle a reprint. We drove to their production warehouse and dropped off the 350 bad bags and picked up new ones that were printed in better quality. Very thankful for a responsive team that handled this return and reprint. I was very satisfied at the end.
