Hinged Grate

My son got a pit barrel for his birthday and those were sold out,so i pushed the NOTIFY ME AVAILABLE, and i love that feature. Back to the grill,he is very excited getting his Hinged Grate!

I recommend this from day 1 of owning your pit barrel. It gives you the versatility you need to add various cooking methods in one, I have been using it to smoke corn while hanging meat

Large pit barrel

I love the drum! it is very efficient and gives it the best flavor in my opinion. The only thing I changed on it was adding another rack between the bottom and top and a way to close the intake a little tighter.
