★☆☆☆☆ I really wanted to like MVST. The suitcase looks fantastic, feels premium, and I appreciated the lifetime warranty and customer-first messaging that attracted me to the brand. Unfortunately, after a single trip, I realized it simply wasn’t the right product for me. The interior divider clips repeatedly came undone during normal travel, causing the packed contents to shift and spill when the suitcase was opened. Whether that’s a design choice or a defect is almost irrelevant—the real issue was that I only discovered it through actual use. I wasn’t asking for a warranty claim or a repair. I simply requested a one-time goodwill exception to their return policy after one trip. I also specifically asked for my request to be reviewed by a member of management. That request was never acknowledged, and I received multiple responses that continued to focus on warranty procedures and the standard return policy rather than the goodwill request I was actually making. What disappointed me most wasn’t that they said no—it was the complete lack of flexibility and the apparent unwillingness to have someone with decision-making authority engage with the situation. For a company that heavily markets exceptional customer service, hassle-free ownership, and premium customer care, my experience fell well short of those promises. The suitcase may be right for some people, but based on my experience, don’t expect much flexibility if you discover after your first trip that it isn’t right for you.

great build quality, material quality and style. Form and practicality. I already have the carry on and now got the biggest one for longer trips. Absolutely worth it!

Love love love this suitcase!!! I just used it for the first time for a work trip to France, and did not disappoint! It’s so sleek and pretty, I was genuinely surprised I was able to fit almost a week worth of clothes in it. I would definitely recommend and I already have plans on getting the matching medium suitcase. 12/10
