ORGANIC 7-GRAIN, flake mix

Fantastic 7 Grain Cereal

I am very pleased to find this organic cereal. (7 grain) I find it very filling, it’s nutritionally great, lots of fiber & nutrients. I soak 1/3 cup of cereal overnight (important to do) add 1/4 cup organic raisins (also soaked over night) 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp organic vanilla, 1 tsp organic maple syrup, dash of salt & microwave for 2-3 minutes. It’s truly delicious.

My All Time Favorite Cereal

We are working on our second 5 pound bag presently. Two more are waiting in our freezer. I make our granola with this and I lightly steam it for my cereal mix, usually in the evening. We like.

Great Product

I lightly steam this for oatmeal and a large spoonful of raw local honey, and also make our granola with real maple syrup and olive oil, with a small amount of piink sea salt. Bake at 350 for 22-24 minutes. Sure good. We like this mix a lot.
