Amazing as always!!
As always melt in your mouth! A great steak should never need sauce or much seasoning and as usual these did not disappoint!! Will never buy beef anywhere else!!

Marbleling vs fat
The flavor of the steak was good. There was at least 25% waste in large fat areas as opposed to marbleling. A bit too much for what should be prime grade.
