This is the fourth time I have used Sierra Metal designs and I will continue to order through this company. I created a necklace for myself after having my son and my 1st daughter, then created a necklace for myself and for my sister when my 3rd child was born. Then last year I got a necklace for sister after my 4th child was born. Then this year, I decided to do something for my mom, my sister, and for me. I have loved all of the pieces. I still have my first piece that was created almost 9 years ago and it is still in great condition. This company is amazing. I have reached out several times with questions and inquiries and they have been quick and courteous in their response. For this last order they had an error on their part and I contacted them and they quickly replied and corrected their error in a quick and kind manner. I have been so impressed with them many and would highly recommend them!
