My family has been purchasing these bars for many years, and we’ve always been happy with them. Unfortunately, this most recent order was disappointing.The bars arrived warm to the touch, and the ice packs inside the package were also warm. I sent photos to customer service, but I was told that the bars were still safe to eat. After receiving conflicting information, I wasn’t comfortable taking the risk with my family’s health, so I had to throw the entire order away.I was especially disappointed by the lack of support from the company. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I expected better customer service and a solution to the problem.
