GRILLBOT 1 YEAR WARRANTY

My son loves to BBQ a lot during the summer months. He doesn't like cleaning the grill so much. So I saw this advertised and got him one for Christmas. He's excited to see it work when the weather gets better.

Rough start. The battery wouldn’t charge enter half way. Me battery was sent and it charged about 75 percent. Talks with customer service was very helpful in that they suggested trying a new wall charger. That did the trick. Note it works well. I think I need the brass brushes to get some of the harder crust off the grill but I’m satisfied that it cleans as well as it does. I would suggest you send a wall charger with each order. You send the cord, why not the wall changer since evidently all chargers are not adequate. No mention in instructions on what to use.

It is everything a griller can ask for! I love it! I will be buying another one for my father! He's gonna love it!
