Grillbot Lithium Rechargeable Battery

The battery is fine. It brought mulu grillbot back to life. Im dockingnstats bevause if storing the unit at half charge is required, then the device needs a battery gauge that actually shows the state of charge. Its a real disappointment that it doesn’t, so i guess i expect to buy a new battery every season now.

Unfortunately I was delivered a grillbot that worked 2 times and then would not charge anymore. After contacting your customer service they said to unplug the battery and plug it back in but that didn't work, I then noticed that the battery in the Grillbot was actually expired. I bought a new one online from Amazon and the Grillbot works fine now. I should not have had to pay for a new battery.

the new battery took the charge right away My husband loves it He said to tell you it works great and would recommend it to anyone It was a Christmas present and we live in a state that has snow so this has been the first time he could try it out
