Green Tea with Tea Tree Facial

Seems too good, but it's true!

I've been waiting to write this review because I thought the results were too good to be true. But now I'm a few months in and my skin hasn't looked this good in years. Around age 35, I started getting terrible hormonal acne, especially along my jawline. I had painful cystic bumps that would never go away and caused significant scarring which I was extremely self conscious about. The only way I could somewhat control my acne was by using lots of harsh products containing salicylic acid. When my dermatologist told me I was becoming allergic to those products and had to stop using them, I was heartbroken. Having terrible acne in your 40s is embarrassing. I decided to try Simple Sugars green tea with tea tree oil and emu oil and it was the best decision I've made in years! Within a week, my skin was clear and better than it's been in years and it's stayed that way. It's better than it ever was with those harsh acid- containing products. I still get the occasional zit, but it's much smaller, not painful, and either goes away on its own or heals quickly after I intervene. I highly suggest spending the extra for the emu oil. I thought it would make my face super greasy, which I cannot handle, but it does not. It just saves me the money I used to spend on moisturizer. I am truly amazed at the results and so grateful for these products. I can actually leave the house to run errands without any makeup on! This product has really improved my confidence and my life.
