It does what it says it does

My daughter has Down syndrome and she has very bad eczema around the perimeter of her head. I ordered this and used it and it worked on the first try. She had no flakes and I’ve been using it ever since it does what it says it does.

I like it. It controls the flakes and doesn't make my hair or scalp dry. Of course you have to keep using it orthe problem comes back.its not some magic potion that magically eliminates the itching or flakes.... it does but give ita week or 2. It's MUCHHHH better than the steroids that doctor prescribes.

I have been using for three weeks for my scalp psoriasis, and it helps tremendously with the management of gentle exfoliation of the plaque. it smells amazing and it washes out of your hair easily after application.
