We purchased the storm shell and our contractor was going to install the cabinet. He noticed a missing part. I contacted the company and showed proof of the purchase and within the week the parts were mailed. All is good! We are enjoying having the TV outside and have it protected with the Storm Shell.

Unusable! No instructions, wrong hardware, 100% not usable.

So far so good

Keeps the elements out. However, for the price I would prefer it come in different colors, or at a minimum have an option to come already primed for painting.
