Excellent value, exactly as described

I knew I wanted to change out of the conical on my Rega Carbon cart (hooked up to the RB220 on the Planar 2 from 2018) but I thought I’d wait a bit and get the ND3 or ND5. But then I had to replace the belt and figured it was as good a time as any to at least change up the stylus. What a huge difference it makes in the soundscape. My records opened up immensely and along with the new reference belt, my deck is locked in. Definitely use a tracking force gauge, especially on this particular Rega. Hand turned, it came up at 2.86 grams. Dialed it in on the scale to 2.49 and could not be happier. The cost vs the upgrade it brings makes this a steal.

Carbon Fidelity is a bargain!

I’m not even going into details about how much money (thousands) I’ve spent on different phono cartridges with exotic stylus. Comparatively, the Carbon Fidelity CFN3600LE Stylus is an incredible bargain. Tracks very well, low surface noise, zero IGD and best of all sounds terrific. You really can’t go wrong!

Shipping took longer than expected for the cost but the stylus fit and sounds great. Very pleased to have a 40+ year old Pioneer turning again and a bonus - the colour is very complimentary
