Storm Shell XL - TV & Soundbar protection | 3 sizes options

Id love to give them 5 stars because this is the second storm shell I have purchased. But their return policy is making me second guess ordering from them a second time. Orignally gave a friday delivery date so ordered through them. Did not recieve it in time so ordered through amazon saved $150 and reiceved it much earlier. But now waiting for them approve my return and give me the return information along with the all shipping fees deducted from refund ($50) ! Its been a week since ive heard from them

Return policy

I did not love the bulkiness of the product so after barely taking it out of the box to look at it, we decided to return it. I immediately requested a return, which then I had to supply the order number information again in another email—- this was a few days ago, now waiting on return RMA number so I can ship it back at my cost. I also saw poss. 20% restock fee, I’d assume that’s for those who ripped their boxes etc. Our package is exactly as we received it. Summary- love the idea of the storm shell but would buy elsewhere so return would be easier. Hopefully I’ll hear something today so I can return it.
