Great choice for a quick desert. I like it better after it has been refrigerated. Throw some nuts in, any kind, for a variation.

not too bad

I tried this as both a shake and pudding. I liked it as a shake more. I put it in the fridge to make the pudding cold and that gave it an odd stringy texture.
