Need SHIPPING HELP!

I ordered as a Birthday present and the whole process took SO LONG the gift came 3days AFTER the birthady. I allowed more than a week for the process so if you’re ordering you need to allow 2weeks to arrival!(unless they do something about this review and improve! :( :( :(
