I grinded them up to use in my chicken curry soup, oh such a delightful aroma and taste.

The ways I use coriander

I haven’t used it yet but I grind it and use it in different food as spice, similar of use such as turmeric, cinnamon, pepper etc. Also I make pickles from egg plant, cauliflower, cabbage etc. and add grounded coriander which I like it a lot.
