Simple prep….. miso, almost to a boil water, chopped fresh chives and marinated tofu….. perfection!

Delicious & mild

What I like the most is that the ingredients are super clean. Other brands have fructose corn syrup. That doesn’t make sense. I use it to make dressing for my salads and of course in soup also. I ordered in winter. I ordered the small size. The miso was not packaged in any special temperature controlling cooling container. It was placed in a normal shipping box along with my other items. The miso container is plastic, not glass as pictured, FYI. All the ones I’ve tried in the past were in plastic also. It arrived fine. No spoiling nor breakage. It’s in the fridge now. No harm done. I will order again. I’m happy with my purchase.

This miso is the best I've had. I find it is the most distinct flavor out of other miso pastes I've tried.
